Direct Release Certification programs include:

DIRRECT Power™ Silver Certification
This Grignard certification, signed by a qualified chemist, certifies that the batch specific lot number has been tested to meet all quality and environmental requirements including EPA DfE criteria for direct release into the environment. This certification is available at no additional cost and comes with each product shipment.

DIRRECT Power™ Gold Certification
With this fee-based option, Grignard provides laboratory testing and analysis of washwater samples from your cleaning operation to determine if materials being washed from the cleaned surface comply with EPA direct release limits for contaminants of concern, such as heavy metals or hydrocarbons. If samples meet these criteria, Grignard provides written certification for compliance purposes for direct release or advises on proper, cost-effective disposal method.

Periodic Testing Services
Grignard Company can establish a continuous program of periodic washwater testing and certification, at a frequency that meets your needs. Certificates are kept on file to provide a historical analysis of the waste stream for EPA / DEP reporting.
