These metal working
compounds are for difficult metals and
applications such as deep-draws of
stainless steel and high-speed stamping
operations where chlorine based lubricants
are not permissible. The extreme pressure
additives in the PureMet EP-NC Series
create a resistant barrier between the
work-piece and the die to prevent rupture
or abrasion of the finished piece and
lengthen the life of the die.
All PureMet compounds are
formulated from the highest quality base
oils and additives assuring metal wetting
of the metal surface and penetrating
abilities to fully coat the work-piece.
Three viscosities are available for the
Pure-Met EP-NC series, they are as
follows: Fast Light Oils (45-100 SUS),
Standard (120-220 SUS) and Honey Oils
(2200-2800 SUS). The desired viscosity
will be asked at either checkout or on the

for Quote form.
