PureQuench Oils are formulated to provide uniform
high hardness in different alloy steels. These oils are manufactured
from prime oils exhibiting excellent lubricating and heat dissipation
characteristics.
PureQuench Oils resist sludging for long periods
of time preventing work-piece distortion or staining. The base
oils utilized in PureQuench Oils resist volatile losses.
Important: During quenching operations temperatures
may exceed 1600oF causing a crystaline transformation of the work-piece.
The Martensitic test determines quench rate (time) and work-piece
hardness measure.
