Extreme Pressure Coolants
These drawing compounds mix easily with water for cost savings
when working difficult metals and applications. The wetting and
lubricity additives in the PureCool EP-NC Series create a
resistant barrier between the work-piece and the die to prevent
rupture or abrasion of the finished piece and lengthen the life of
the die.
High concentrations of emulsifiers are incorporated into the
PureCool EP-NC Series to provide additional film coverage of the
work-piece. All PureCool formulations include corrosion inhibitors
to protect the work-piece.
