PureRelease Fast Drying Semi-Permanents
Listed below is our standard fast drying semi-permanent release
agents for the plastics industry. This is not a complete list of
the PureRelease agents available. If you would like assistance

PureRelease Quick Cure:
A semi-permanent sealer / release agent in one with quick curing
capabilities. Reduces mold preparation by 50% and can withstand
high mold temperature conditions with no deterioration having no
effect on post-molding operations. Utilized for both gel-coated
and non-gel coated composite parts.
PureRelease Sealer:
Utilized to fill and cover porosity of the mold, this material is
a combination of polymeric type products imparting a hard new
glossy surface coating to tooling molds.
PureRelease SPC:
A semi-permanent mold release agent to be used when fabricating
both gel-coated and non-gel coated composite parts. Minimizes
labor costs by providing multiple releases that do not transfer to
molded part. High temperature capabilities yield high gloss parts.
PureRelease Extreme Pull:
An economical semi-permanent release agent for a variety of resin
systems. Easily withstands high temperature molding conditions and
has no effect on post processing operations.
PureRelease 94X:
Incorporates extra slip characteristics for intricate mold
configuration providing multiple releases for a variety of resins.
Excellent for matte finish when used with gel-coats.
PureRelease UR:
A film forming external mold release agent to be used when
fabricating various automotive urethane base parts (rigid and
flexible foams and elastomers). Non-silicone.
PureRelease UR-19:
Provides multiple releases of urethane base parts (rigid and
flexible foams) with accurate surface reproduction.
